Man-made stone offers a consistency of appearance and it is often engineered to fit together like a puzzle, making installation easy.  Tumbled cement bricks give off a very complementing rural appearance. Design benches of brick or stone with your fireplace of the same material, and even match your walkway around them in the same brick or stone as well.
